Shipping Policy
KershawKnivesDirect.com's shipping method will be standard UPS Ground Service, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Ground Service, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight or Standard Flat Rate USPS. We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
KershawKnivesDirect.com makes it a priority to ship all orders promptly. It is KershawKnivesDirect.com's policy that items are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. However, most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 12PM EST, paid with credit card without complication, and UPS or FedEx shipping methods. The exceptions is items that are back-ordered. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Payment complications include: billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information. Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Free Shipping Policy
All orders over $125.00 are eligible for FREE Shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground throughout all 48 continental United States. UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air and UPS or FedEx Next Day Air may be applied to any order over $125, but the customer will be responsible for those shipping fees. Sorry, but residence of Alaska, Hawaii or Canada can not qualify for Free Shipping.

Orders over $125.00 are FREE when shipped "UPS or FedEx Ground" (US*)
Orders less than $100.00 are $8.95 when shipped "UPS or FedEx Ground" (US*)
Orders between $100.00 and $125.00 are $10.95 when shipped "UPS or FedEx Ground" (US*)
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada have a $20.00 flat rate for UPS or FedEx Ground Service.
We use UPS real time calculator for UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. You will see the actual shipping cost before you check out, this way you will know total cost before you make a purchase.

USPS Shipping Rates
All Orders may be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $6.95 by parcel post or priotity mail (depending on current available rates).
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax added to any item when purchased outside of Florida. Florida residents will have a 7.5% Sales tax added to all orders. Taxes will be added at checkout so you will know total cost before you make the purchase.
Return Policy
All orders are covered by our 30-day 100% money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of INVOICE less shipping costs. KershawKnivesDirect.com's customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise, please email us at: sales@kershawknivesdirect.com and we will respond with a RA # and address to ship your return within 24 hrs. Your RA# must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE WITHOUT A VALID RA#
We will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after invoice date of such products to customer, excluding returns of a defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from date of issue. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the merchandise, in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date, for a full refund except original shipping costs. Before returning any merchandise please email us to receive a RA #. We recommend insuring your return, in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Credit for merchandise will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. We will inform you when credit has been issued. We will not accept returns that have been used, misused or altered in any way. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase, whenever possible.
Parcel Insurance
KershawKnivesDirect.com will insure each parcel at the published carrier insurance rate unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing, should the customer choose to self insure, KershawKnivesDirect.com has no liability for the lost or damaged parcels once the parcel leaves our warehouse. |
