Shipping Policy
KershawKnivesDirect.com's shipping methods are: UPS Ground Service, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail. We may use FedEx for your shipment in place of UPS when necessary. We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii , Australia and Canada. We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses (see below for instructions).
KershawKnivesDirect.com makes it a priority to ship all orders promptly within 24-48 hours of ordering. However, most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 1PM EST and paid with by credit card without complication. The exception is items that are back-ordered. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Payment complications include: billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.
***Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information. Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping charges are not refundable.
APO/FPO Shipping Instructions
APO [Army Post Office] and FPO [Fleet Post Office] are military designated addresses that allow mail to be delivered to overseas military locations. APO addresses are associated with US Army or Air Force installations. FPO addresses are associated with US Navy installations and ships in the United States.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.
- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"
- The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP" [AE for Armed Forces Europe, AA for Armed Forces Americas, or AP for Armed Forces Pacific]
- You must enter your Zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
You MUST choose USPS under shipping options where it asks you to choose shipping method, otherwise you will not be able to complete your order. Standard Ground service CANNOT accept AA, AP or AE as states. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Each country has its own import restrictions. We are unable to mark all restrictions on our website and rely on our customers to be aware of any such restrictions based on the region in which they are stationed. Free Shipping - All Orders Over $125.00
All orders over $125.00 (not including taxes or shipping charges) are eligible for FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail throughout all 48 continental United States. UPS or FedEx may be chosen and applied to any order over $125.00, but the customer will be responsible for those shipping fees. Sorry, but residents of Alaska, Hawaii or Canada can not qualify for Free Shipping.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax added to any item when purchased outside of Florida. Florida residents will have a 7.5% Sales tax added to all orders. Taxes will be added at checkout so you will know total cost before you make the purchase.
Return Policy
All orders are covered by our 30-day 100% money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within less shipping costs 30 days of INVOICE.
KershawKnivesDirect.com's customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise, please email us at: sales@kershawknivesdirect.com and we will respond with a RA # and address to ship your return within 24 hrs. Your RA# must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE WITHOUT A VALID RA#
We will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after invoice date of such products to customer, excluding returns of a defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from date of issue. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the merchandise, in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date, for a full refund except original shipping costs. Before returning any merchandise please email us to receive a RA #. We recommend insuring your return, in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Credit for merchandise will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. We will inform you when credit has been issued. We will not accept returns that have been used, misused or altered in any way. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase, whenever possible.
Parcel Insurance
KershawKnivesDirect.com will insure each parcel at the published carrier insurance rate unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing, should the customer choose to self insure, KershawKnivesDirect.com has no liability for any lost or damaged parcels once the parcel leaves our warehouse. |
