An inspiring new folder addition to Kershaw's line for 2009. The Kershaw Chill 3410 encompasses cutting superiority and edge-holding preservation dressed in a secure, lightweight package created by R.J. Martin, steels and composite resources engineer graduate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as Chief of Design on the MH-60S Aircraft for Sikorsky for more than two decades. R.J has continued to meld CNC machining with "old school" knifemaking techniques in his designs since his introduction in 2001 into the knife design industry.
The Chill is constructed of 8CR13MoV stainless steel and CNC machined G-10 with a locking liner and pocket clip designed for ease of carry. The Chill features Kershaw's famous finger guard which aids in speedy opening of the blade, as well as a resting position designed for the index finger while the knife is in fierce use.
