Our bulk order discount starts at 15% with a minimum purchase of $750 USD of Kershaw products and going up to 25% for orders over $5000 USD. This discount applies to our already heavily discounted prices. Any Kershaw product you find on our website is qualified for bulk order discounts! How can I place a bulk order with Kershaw Knives Direct?
Placing a bulk order with is easy! Simply send us an email with the information such as product name, SKU number, quantities, your shipping address, your shipping method preference, a contact email address and phone number, and any additional message, we will respond with a pricing/delivery quote and qualifying discount within 24 hours of receiving your request. Each quote is good for 30 days. Discount rates vary according to requested quantity. We offer better pricing for greater requested quantity. If I can not find the Kershaw product I want from your website, does that mean it's not available?
Not at all. If there is something you want but can not find, please contact us, as we have many items coming in and out of our warehouses everyday. We will check the availability in our inventory or place special orders with our suppliers. No extra fee is charged for availability verification.
The availability on the website does not apply to bulk orders. We may show a product as being in stock, but if we don't have enough of that item currently on hand to fill your order, we will need to go through one of our suppliers to get the number you need. Also, just because an item is listed as out-of-stock does not mean we can not obtain more. Check with us first to find out if we can get the quantity you are needing.
When will my order ship?
In Stock: Once payment has been received and processed, it will be shipped within 48-72.
Not In Stock: It generally takes 3-4 weeks to get everything from our suppliers. As soon as the entire order is in our warehouse, it will ship immediately. We will give you a very good idea of the order time once we know exactly what we need to get for you.
